磨削红外线测温及网络检测系统研究

Study on Net-based Infrared Grinding Temperature Measuring System

介绍了磨削红外线测温一种新方法 ,设计了磨削温度自动检测仪 ,使工厂磨床与中央质量监测室组成局域网络 ,中央质量监测室适时地将磨削用量、修整砂轮等信息传递给各磨床操作者 ,对磨削零件的表面质量及生产率提高效果明显。

A testing method of grinding temperature by infrared ray is presented in this paper. An automatic grinding temperature detector is designed,and the grinding machine temperature inspecting room are made to form a local area network. The grinding tolerance and the wheel dressing information are transfered to the operators from the central quality inspecting room in due time. The surface quality of workpiece and the rate of productivity are increased greatly.
