摘要
从CPS标准出发 ,根据东北电网A标准AGC控制模式 ,利用历史频率偏差数据及ACE数据 ,计算了长时间范围内的东北电网CPS指标 ,分析了东北电网A标准AGC控制模式直接应用于CPS标准的效果。分析表明 :CPS标准较A标准要求更为严格 。
With the development of electric power network automation, A standard will be replaced by CPS standard step by step, which is appraising interconnection power system control capability. Whether the AGC control model based on A standard can be directly applied in CPS performance, the different interconnection power system should be analyzed according to the concrete circumstances. According to AGC control model of Northeast Power System based on A standard, this paper calculates and analyzes the long time CPS performance of Northeast Power System by using of the historical data of frequency deviation and ACE. The results show that the CPS standard has stricter requirements than A standard, and needs higher AGC control performance.
