摘要 提出利用 Web技术实现无干扰用户需求信息的获取 ,利用模糊知识协同处理方法对来自不同知识背景的产品开发人员给出的不同评价结果进行协同处理 ,采用模糊映射理论对信息映射过程进行量化描述 ,并利用模糊α-截集来降低质量功能配置的复杂性。最后用实例验证了这些方法的可行性和实用性。 This paper describes a novel approach to applying QFD. Firstly, the customer requirements are captured through Web-based technology. Secondly, the different conclusions provided by developers with different knowledge are handled by employing fuzzy knowledge collaboration. Thirdly, the translation of a customer's importance ratings into engineering weightings is described by fuzzy mapping technology, and the less important customer requirements and engineering characteristics are identified and eliminated from the model by using fuzzy α-cuts. Finally, an example illustrates that the proposed approach is both available and practicable.
