摘要 炼油厂加氢裂化、加氢精制和铂重整等装置排水中酚的质量浓度大于100mg/L,采用曝气生物滤池及利用生活污泥培养的菌种对其进行预处理,取得如下结果:在水力停留时间为2.0h,曝气量为0.25m3/h,pH值为7.0~8.0,温度为25~40℃,DO的质量浓度大于2.5mg/L的条件下,处理后出水的酚和COD平均质量浓度分别为8.5mg/L和140mg/L,平均去除率分别大于90%和70%。 The mass concentration of phenol in the effluent water from the hydrocracking,hydrofining and platforming units of a refinery was over100mg/L.This effluent water was pre-treated using BAF and the strain cultivated in domestic sludge.The results obtained were as follows:under the conditions that the hydraulic reten tion time was2.0h,the aerating capacity was0.25m 3 /h,the pH was7.0~8.0,the temperature was25~40 ℃ ,and the mass concentration of DO was higher than2.5mg/L,the average mass concentrations of phenol and COD in the effluent water were8.5mg/L and140mg/L respectively,and the average removal rates of them exceeded90%and70%respectively.
