摘要
以对苯二甲酰氯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、1,6 己二醇为原料,通过酯交换反应,溶液聚合反应,合成出不同相对分子质量的热致性液晶聚合物,并通过与一缩乙二醇及甲苯 2,4 二异氰酸酯(TDI)预聚体反应,得到不同相对分子质量的反应型热致性液晶聚合物(LCPU),并通过FTIR、TG、WAXD和POM对液晶产物进行表征。
In this paper,a series of novel liquid crystalline polymers(PHBHT)with different molecular weight were synthesized by ester exchange and solution polymerization using terephthalyl chloride,methly p-hydroxybenzoate,and 1,6-hexanediol.Then a series of reactive thermotropic liquid crystalline polymers(LCPU) with different molecular weight synthesized by reaction of PHBHT with diethylene glycol and tolulene diisocyanate.In the end,the LCPU was characterized by FTIR,TG,WAXD and POM.
