县域经济是国民经济的基层环节,处于安民、富民的第一线。目前三分之二的县和县级市的人均GDP只相当于全国平均值的三分之一或不足三分之一。统筹城乡经济社会发展、构建城乡联动网络,壮大县域经济,是全面建设小康社会的重要环节。

County economy is a basic part of our national economy, which lies the front to make people peace and rich. Now, the GDP of 2/3 counties and county cities is below or equal to 1/3 of national average level. So,it is an important step for building a well-to-do society completely to make an overall planning on the deve- lopment of county economy, build a network which links cities and counties and develop the county economy.
