摘要
21世纪,人类进入了一个以知识为主宰的全新经济时代。在这样一个十倍速变化的时代,人力资源优势的独特性成为企业重要的核心技能,人力资源的价值成为衡量企业整体竞争力的标志。正是基于此,本文从人力资源价值角度对企业发展的重要性进行了分析,认为人力资本的价值正在或者已经超过物质资本及货币资本的价值,成为企业最为重要的生产要素,因此,越来越多的企业把人力资源管理工作提高到相当重要的程度。为了使企业在激烈的人力资源竞争中吸引人才,留住人才,笔者谈了自己的看法,并提出了相应的措施。
Human being has entered a complete new economic age which bases on knowledge in the 21th century. The peculiarity of human resources' superiority has become a key technical ability of businesses and the value of human resources has become a mark to measure the whole competitive force of the businesses. So, this paper analyses the importance of human resources to businesses' development, and puts forward the value of human resources has been equal or beyond the value of material capital and money capital and become the most important productive factor. To attract talents and keep talents for the businesses during the sharp competition for human resources, the author puts forward the correspondent countermeasures.
