Promoting the Educational Creation of Adults' Colleges and Training Creational Talents for Building a Well-to-do Society

人类社会进入21世纪,知识经济占据主导地位,综合国力的竞争越来越体现为科技的竞争,而科技的竞争说到底是创新人才的竞争。本文针对成人高教创新教育滞后和学生创新能力薄弱的原因进行了分析,并相应提出成人高教加强创新教育的方法、途径。

When we enter the 21th century, knowledge-economy has become a leading position. The competition for comprehensive national strength has become the competition for scientific technology which, in fact, is a competition for creational talents. The paper analyses the reason that make the creation of adults' education backward and the ability of students weak and puts forward the correspondent methods and ways to strengthen creational education of adults' colleges.
