随着网络信息技术的进一步发展,图书馆传统的信息服务模式已不适应网络环境的发展需要,为此图书馆必须重新审视自己,运用新的服务理念、服务模式和技术将网络化手段和非网络化手段相结合开展创新服务。

With the development of network information technology, the traditional information service model in libraries has turned out to be inadequate for its development in internet environment. Thus, libraries should readjust their positions, and provide innovative services by employing new service notions, models and internet technologies.
