水煤气作为原油输运加热炉替代燃料初探

The Analysis on Using Water Gas as Alternative Fuel for Heating Furnace

从燃气的互换性以及燃烧特性参数等方面对水煤气作为原油输运加热炉替代燃料进行了可行性分析。计算结果表明:在不改变燃烧器结构的情况下,水煤气与天然气是不能直接互换的;但若选用煤气燃烧器,以水煤气替代天然气不仅能达到原油输运加热炉热负荷要求而且具有良好的经济效益。

The feasibility of changing natural gas into water gas was discussed in aspects of flaming gas exchangeability and combustion characteristic parameter.It proves:water gas is not directly as alternative fuel of natural gas if the com-bustor is not properly changed.Fortunately,once we choose water gas combustor,it not only reaches heating load but al-so has a good economical profit.
