摘要 参考世界电信发展的历程,基于中国电信产业进一步发展的需要,全业务运营渐渐提到中国电信体制改革的日程。中国电信与中国网通也将可能通过获得移动牌照,作为新生力量进入充满机遇和挑战的移动通信市场,与老牌的中国移动、中国联通展开角逐。未来的市场大战会使移动通信市场重新洗牌,各竞争主体间的竞争博弈将更加复杂、更加壮观、充满更多的悬念。在这个博弈展开之前,各博弈方已经开始精心准备。当前针对未来移动通信市场的战略研究具有极其重要的价值,这也应是四大运营商积极备战的重要方面。 Seeing the development of telecom industry in the world for reference and analyzing the necessity of the further development of China telecom industry, we can find that full services operating has been placed on the order of the reform of telecom mechanism. China Telecom and China Netcom may get the license for developing mobile services, which will make the mobile communications market full of opportunities and challenges where new incomers (China Telecom and China Netcom) will compete with the former ones (China Mobile and China Unicom). The more complex and more furious competition is unavoidable and its result is unknowable. However, what is certain that any participator must be well prepared for the competition. Therefore, it is important for those carriers to working over the strategy for the development in mobile communications market.
