先天性畸形致病因素的病例对照研究

A CASE-CONTROL STUDY ON THE RISK FACTORS OF CONGENITAL MALFORMATION

对母亲年龄等15个可能与先天畸形病因有关的因素,进行了1∶1配对病例对照研究。Logistic回归分析结果表明,先天畸形或缺陷家族史、母亲孕3个月内发热、孕期接触毒物、弓形体感染和孕期严重精神刺激等是与先天畸形发病有关的因素,相对危险度估计值分别为8.25,3.60,2.79,2.46和1.73。

A case-control study on the risk factors of congenital malfor-mation was conducted with 102 matched pairs.15 factors that may be relat-ed to congenital malformations were analyzed by using conditional logistic regression model.The result shows that the following 5 factors were signifi-cantly related with congenital malformations.They are family history of congenital malformations or defects,fever in the first trimester of gestation, maternal contact with poisonous substances during pregnancy,Toxoplasma gondii infection and serious emotional upset during gestation.The relative risk estimates(ORs)are 8.25,3.60,2.79,2.46 and 1.73 respectively.
