摘要
钢结构生产中,经常遇到壁厚不能忽略不计,即不能简化为理想柱面的钢管直接焊接成型的桁架结构。按理想圆柱面放样所得到的相贯线,较大的偏差使其不能准确成形,从而使构件尺寸精度失控,焊接质量得不到保证。通过工程实例,本文给出了实际施工放样中对钢管管壁的计算机处理方法。这在钢结构的设计、制作及安装中极具可操作性。
In the fabricttion of steel tube structures, the thickness of tube wall can not always he negleeted, that is to say, the ideal cylindrical surface can not always be directly used for the welding of steel tube truss. Crossing lines from lofting of ideal cylindrical surface arc of deviation, causing accuracy of component size and welding quality to be out of control. To ensure the accuracy of fabrication, the computer process for the actual consturction lofting of steel tube with considering the tube thickness is presented.
