煤粉细度对再燃还原烟气氮氧化物影响的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 在实验室高温气体携带炉上,以不同细度的烟煤煤粉作为还原燃料,分别在1200℃与1300℃、不同再燃区初始氧量等工况下进行了比较全面深入的再燃还原NO效率的实验。根据实验结果讨论了煤粉细度对NO还原效率和制粉电耗的影响规律,也分析了再燃区反应温度等因素的影响。 Lab experiments on NO reduction by injecting fine coal powder into flue gas are conducted in a high temperature gas entrained reactor. The effects of the different coal finesses, oxygen concentrations in the flue gas and the reaction temperature on NO reduction rate are tested. Dependences of the NO reduction on coal finesse and the pulverizing energy consumption on different coal sizes are discussed. 
