摘要 为实现配电地理信息系统与生产管理系统数据共享及流程互动,根据电网分析、调度操作等数据需求,提出了局域网和广域网相结合的网络方案,分析了标准接口库、调用实时招测函数及TCP报文等接口方式。介绍了通过几种接口方式混合使用以实现辽宁省大连电业局系统中的接口:使用开放表结构的标准数据库方式实现与生产MIS进行静态数据的交换,调用实时招测函数将SCADA动态数据传输到配电地理信息系统中显示,采用提供控件嵌入对方程序方式实现流程互动和业务数据传递,调用TCP报文实现流数据的传输。 In order to realize the flow reaction and sharing the data between distribution geography information system and production management system, the network scheme conjoining the local area network with the wide area network together is put forward. A number of interface modes are analyzed, including the standard interface database,the real time attracting measuring functions and the TCP message. The realization of the interface between distribution geography information system and distribution automation system through these interface modes in Dalian Electrical Power Supply Co is presented. Standard database with the open table structure is used in order to exchange the stable data between GIS with Production MIS. Real time attracting measuring functions are used to deliver SCADA data into Distribution GIS for show. The COM embedded into the other program is used to realize the procedure flow and work data exchange. TCP piece is used to deliver flow data.
