摘要
建立了高精确度机组耗差分析模型,有效地解决了火电厂热力系统经济性分析中的几个主要难题;开发出汽轮机最优运行初压计算模型和锅炉经济性分析模型,为实现机组低负荷经济运行奠定了理论基础。在机组耗差分析的基础上,针对串级控制系统不确定性模型研究了鲁棒整定问题,提出鲁棒性指标应介于3和5之间以取得较好的鲁棒性,最终实现宽负荷范围内控制的稳定性与快速性。
A few key issues in respect of the economical analysis of power units are solved by means of developing highly accurate energy loss theoretical models. The calculation method of live steam pressure optimization for steam turbine and the theoretical thermoeconomics models are suggested. It will make it possible to realize the effective running in a lower load condition. Based upon the above analysis, the model of undecided series control system is developed into the robustness measurement concern. It is suggested that the best function can be achieved if its index falls between 3 and 5.
