Start-up and Full Load Operation of 220 t/h Circulating Fluidizing Bed (CFB) Boilers

循环流化床锅炉具有低污染、燃料适应广的特点,已得到越来越广泛的应用。它运行稳定,具有良好的调峰能力且由于炉膛内衬的原因,其具有与煤粉炉不同的炉膛负荷变化特性。根据有关技术资料和我厂循环流化床锅炉的运行及试验数据,对循环流化床锅炉启动、负荷变化特性及低负荷性能进行探讨。

CFB boiler has the advantages of low pollution wide range of fuels, stable operation, and excellent ability to follow the load variation. As the furnace is lined with refractory material, its load variation characteristics are quite different from the conventional PC boilers. Based on the related technical documents and the test data obtained from our CFB boiler operation and experiments, the startup, low load and full load operating performances are especially discussed. 
