摘要
介绍顺序功能图SFC(顺序功能图)法的原理及应用,列举该方法的一些典型应用,给出了所设计系统的控制要求、状态转移图和梯形图,并对它们各自的优点和不足进行比较。最后采用F1系列的可编程序控制器实现输煤系统皮带运输机的编程设计,对PLC(可编程序控制器)控制系统的设计有一定的指导意义。
The principles of SFC method are introduced. Typical applications and its advantages and disadvantages are presented. The requirements in the designing of the control system are discussed. The control program in the coal transport system is realized by the Programmable Logic Controller of F1 series.
