摘要
阀门是火电厂除灰系统中的重要装置,由于车间环境恶劣,因此需要高标准的部件和先进的控制系统。在引入性能优良的M ller阀门的基础上,自行设计了由电气和气动元件以及可编程控制器组成的控制系统,对M ller阀门的开闭进行自动控制。这种控制方法提高了设备的利用率,增加了除灰系统的可靠性,远离现场的控制方式也保证了操作人员的人身安全。这套气动电气控制系统在火电厂除灰系统中具有较高的实用性。
As important equipments in the ash removing system in power plants, the high quality valve components and the advanced control system are essential because of the sordid environment. Based on importing Mller valves to the ash removing system, the autocontrol system for Mller valves is designed. The control system is composed of pneumatic and electric elements and PLC. The performance of equipments and the reliability of the ash removing system is improved. The operators safety is ensured due to its remote control mode.
