新生儿硬肿症与低体重及死因关系的探讨

AN ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE LOW BIRTH WEIGHT AND THE CAUSE OF DEATH OF SCLEREDEMA NEONATE

分析了132例新生儿硬肿症的发病情况、死因及与低体重的关系。低体重新生儿硬肿症的发病时间在生后3天内,以生后24h内最多见。发病原因主要是寒冷,死亡原因与低体重和日龄小密切相关。病人住院后,复温时间和防治并发症决定治疗的效果。合理处理、缩短复温时间、改善各脏器的功能状况,能明显提高治愈率。

The relationship betweem the incidence and the cause of death with low birth weight of 132 cases suffering from scleredema neonate was analyzed.The onset of scleredema neonate with low weight was within 3 days after birth and prominence in 24 hours.The cause of incidence was mostly due to cold and the cause of death was closely relativity with low birth weight and less aged days.After the patients hospitalized,the time of temperature recovery and the intension treatment of complications will decide the therapeutic effectiveness.Using proper managment,shorten-ing the time of recovery temperature,improvement the condition of every organ will increase the cure rate obviously.
