Diagnosis of Infracardiac Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Drainage by Color Doppler Echocardiography

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断心下型肺静脉异位引流的价值。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断 7例心下型肺静脉异位引流 ,并与手术结果对比分析。结果 超声心动图对心下型肺静脉异位引流诊断的正确率为10 0 %。结论 彩色多普勒超声心动图可以准确地诊断心下型肺静脉异位引流。

Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler echocardiography in diagnosing infracardiac total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage (ITAPVD). Methods The comparison and analysis between the images of color Doppler echocardiography and the operative findings were made in 7 cases of ITAPVD. Results The diagnosistic correct rate of ITAPVD by color Doppler echocardiography was 100%. Conclusion ITAPVD could be diagnosed accurately by color Doppler echocardiography.
