摘要 目的 在医学图像存储与传输系统中应用新一代图像压缩标准JPEG 2 0 0 0。方法 分析JPEG 2 0 0 0的基本原理和算法以及DICOM标准 ,确定PACS系统中应用JPEG 2 0 0 0的数据结构和编码方法。结果 在PACS系统中实现了JPEG 2 0 0 0的基本功能和感兴趣区域编码。结论 该方法具有无损压缩、高效有损压缩和感兴趣区域编码等优点。对于进一步探索JPEG 2 0 0 0在医学图像存储与传输系统中的应用具有深远的意义。 Objective To apply the new still image coding standard JPEG 2000 to Pictures Archiving and Communication System. Methods The basic fundamental and core coding arithmetic of JPEG 2000 and DICOM 3.0 standard were analyzed, the data structure and algorithms of the applications of JPEG 2000 in PACS were worked out. Results The basic functions and Region of Interest coding of JPEG 2000 were developed in a PACS. Conclusion Taking advantages of lossless compression?more efficient lossy compression and ROI coding. It will promote the applications of JPEG 2000 in PACS.
