摘要
用脑干诱发电位的Click音观察豚鼠圆窗膜损伤前后听力的变化,并观察了豚鼠圆窗膜的正常组织结构及损伤后的组织愈合过程。结果发现,圆窗膜由内中外三层构成。破裂后听阈提高了9.34dB,7~9天基本恢复正常,14天后完全恢复,与圆窗膜组织愈合过程一致。
Thirty guinea pigs with a normal Preyer's reflex were phy-siopathologically studied in the process of controlled lesions to the round window membrane(RWM).Before and after operation,the auditory brainstem evoked response was measured.After operation,the rupture of the RWM resulted in an immediate average loss of about 9.34 dB(P■0.001)and the control car only 1.33 dB(P>0.05).In 1-4 days,because of the effusion in both middle ears,the hearing less of both ears were great,in 7-9 days,the response thresholds of the lacerated ears reach the normal level and in 2 weeks or over,both ear thresholds res-tored to normal,Histopathological study showed that surgically created rupture of the RWM was strongly inclined to heal spontaneously in 2 weeks。
