本文论述了现代综合医院洁净手术部的类型,包括分散型手术室、集中型手术室、洁净手术室、信息化手术室以及技术规范;洁净手术部的布局,有集中布局和分层布局,手术室的双走廊和单走廊布局及设备布局;洁净手术部的空调系统有两管制、四管制、热泵空调机组等;洁净手术室的气流形式和安全用电;洁净手术部的教学系统。

This paper introduces the types and technical specification of the clean operation room, which consist of the dispersed one, the centralized one, the clean one and the informatized one. The layout of the room, including the centralized layout, hierarchical layout, bi-aisles layout, mono-aisle layout and facility layout, is presented. The air conditioning system of the room may be bi-tubes, tetra-tubes or a heat pump air conditioning unit. Such information on the room is also mentioned as the airflow form, safe utilization of power and its teaching system.
