去势后大鼠前列腺腹侧叶γ-GT活性分析 被引量:1

ANALYSIS OF GAMMA-GLUTAMYL TRANSPEPTIDASE ACTIVITY IN RAT VENTRAL PROSTATE DURING CASTRATION INDUCED REGRESSION

摘要 分别测定了去势后0,1,2,3,4,5,7,10,14和21天的大鼠前列腺腹侧叶中γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)活性,并比较了组织湿重及蛋白质含量变化。结果显示,未去势大鼠前列腺腹侧叶γ-GT总活性为40.3±9.5U/腹侧叶,去势后1~3天酶活性无明显改变,4天开始迅速降低,至10天降低了72%,随后降低速度减慢,至21天时降低了83%,与组织湿重及蛋白质含量变化进程基本一致。表明γ-GT活性降低可能与前列腺萎缩和蛋白质含量降低有关。 Activities of Gamma-Glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT)were determined in ventral lobes of rat prostate during their involution,and com-pared with wet weight and protein content in the ventral prostate.The total activity of γ-GT in noncastrated rats was 40.3 ±.5units/lobe.Following castration,the changes of γ-GT activity in ventral prostate were different.At first three days,the activities of γ-GT were not significantly differ-ent from those of uncastrated animals.Then the total activity of γ-GTwere decreased rapidly.By 10 days postcastration,the ventral lobe lost 72%of the total activities of γ-GT.Thereafter the total activities of γ-GTwere decreased slowly.These results suggest that the lower of γ-GT is associated with theprostate involution and decreasing of the nrotein contit
