摘要
研究了黄须菜籽油对血清脂肪酸组成、VitE和硒含量变化的影响,并观察了对新西兰兔血小板聚集功能、血脂和血浆脂蛋白的影响。结果表明,饲喂兔黄须菜籽油后,血清棕榈酸明显降低,亚油酸、VitE和硒含量明显升高,使ADP或胶原诱导所致的血小板聚集作用明显减弱,在等热量、等胆固醇条件下TCh,TG,(VLDL+LDL)-Ch降低,HDL-Ch,HDL_2-Ch升高,(VLDL+LDL)-Ch/HDL-Ch比值降低;提示黄须菜籽油有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。
This study has investigated the effects of Huangxucai oi on the composition of serum fatty acids,contents of Vitamin E and selenium,platelet aggregation,plasma lipids and lipoproteins in rabbit.The results indicate that under the condition that the rabbit food contained the same amount of calory and cholesterol,serum palmitic cid,plasma T-Ch,TG,(VLDL+LDL)-Ch,(VLDL+LDL)-Ch/HDL-Ch were greatly decreased;however,serum linoieic acid,Vitamin E,selenium,and plasma HDL-Ch and HDL_2-Ch were signifi-cantly increased,and platelet aggregation induced by ADP or collagen become weaker in rabbits fed with Huangxucai oil.This suggests that Huangxucai oil may play a positive role in preventing atherosclerosis.
