摘要
在对胃癌组织和同体正常胃组织进行低密度脂蛋白(LDL)受体饱和分析和Scatchard作图基础上测定了胃癌组织和同体正常胃组织的蛋白质和DNA含量,及LDL受体水平(各15例),以探讨胃癌与LDL代谢之间的关系。结果表明,1.胃癌组织蛋白质和DNA含量均明显高于正常胃组织;2.从LDL受体饱和分析和Scatchard作图表明胃癌组织的LDL受体的亲和性和特异性与相应正常胃组织比较差异无显著性;3.胃癌组织的LDL受体水平明显升高,最高达相应正常组织的4倍。
This article is to study the relationship between gastric cancer and LDL metabolism.On the basis of LDL receptor saturation analysis of gastric cancer tissue and the normal gastric tissue from the same body,we get
Scatchard curve and determine the protein and DNA content and LDL receptor level(15 cases)from the normal and adnormal gastric tissues.We find that 1, the protein and DNA content in gastric cancer tissue is markedly higher
than normal tissue;2,the LDL receptor saturation analysis and Scatchard curve show that the affinity and specificity of LDL receptor have no odvious difference between cancer tissue and normal tissue;3,LDL receptor on gastric
cancer tissue is 4 times high than normal gastric tissue.
