肝结核的病理特征与临床相关问题探讨

The investigation of pathological characteristics of hepatic tuber culosis and its clinical relative problems

目的探讨肝结核的病理特征与临床表现、诊断和治疗的关系。方法对经手术与病理证实的肝结核患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果肝结核病理改变以粟粒样和结节瘤样病灶为主 ,临床表现和影像学表现多样 ,且无特异性 ,误诊误治率高。结论了解肝结核的病理特征 ,有助于理解分析肝结核的临床表现和影像学检查结果 ,有助于治疗方法的选择 ,从而降低误诊误治率。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the patholog ical characteristics and clinical findings of hepatic tuberculosis and its diagn osis and treatment. Methods The pathological and clinical data o f hepatic tuberculosis confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retros pectively. Results Hepatic tuberculosis was mainly characterized by miliary and tuber-neoplasia focal lesion. The clinical and imaging findings were various but not specific. The rates of misdiagnosis and false treatment wer e high. Conclusion The understanding of pathological features of hepatic tuberculosis facilitates the analysis of clinical findings and imaging results of hepatic tuberculosis and the select of treatment methods so as to low er the rate of misdiagnosis and false treatment.
