摘要
通过灵芝多糖(GLP)对小鼠肿瘤生长的影响,研究了GLP的抑瘤机理。结果表明,GLP可提高小鼠脾NK细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞YAC-1,S_(180)的细胞毒活性,增强小鼠脾CTL杀伤肿瘤细胞S_(180)的细胞毒效应,加强小鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH),活化小鼠腹腔Mφ的功能,使Mφ表面结合自身胸腺细胞花环增多,吞噬杀菌功能增强,Mφ体积增大,伪足增多。
In this study we studied the mechanism of antitumor activities of GLP.The results indicated as following:1.GLP enhanced the antitumor activity and inhibited the growth of tumor in vivo of mice.2.GLP enhanced
the NK cell of mice in killing YAC-1 and S_(180)target cell by using LDH test,^(125)I-UdR test and stain test.3.GLP enhanced the CTL cell in spleen of mice to kill S_(180)target cell by using Trypan blue rejected test.4.GLP enhanced
the Mφ-Thymocyte autorosette forming and rosette forming capacity of mice peritoneal Mφ.5.GLP enlarged the morphology of Mφ,most of Mφ speading as polymorphism enhanced Mφ phagocytic percentage,phagocytic index and killing percentage of mice.6.GLP enhanced DTH of mice when added small concentration.
