肘关节外侧小切口治疗肱骨髁上骨折

Treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture through small lateral incision

目的 探讨肘关节外侧入路小切口克氏针固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法 对有手术适应证的 30 0例肱骨髁上骨折 ,均采用经肘关节外侧入路小切口、手法复位后用克氏针固定的手术方法治疗。结果 术中一般能使骨折达到准确复位 ,固定可靠。术后经过 1～ 10年随访 ,优 2 70例 ,良 11例 ,可 18例 ,差 1例。优良率 93 7%。结论 该手术方法创伤小 ,简便易行 ,手术时间短 ,固定牢靠 ,可有效减少肘关节内。

Objective To explore the effect of treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture with Kirschner wire fixation through small lateral incision. Methods 300 cases of humeral supracondylar fractures were treated with Kirschner wire fixation through small lateral incision after reduction. Results The fractures could be accurately reduced and rigidly fixed. The cases were followed up for 1～10 years. It was shown excellent in 270 cases, good in 11, fair in 18, and poor in 1. The excellent and good rate was 93 7%. Conclusion The method has advantages of minimal trauma, easy manipulation, less operative time, and stable fixation with less complications of cubitus varus and valgus.
