摘要
观测了100例成人肝表面的沟、裂、切迹和突起。肝副裂和肝桥分别在21例和26例肝上见有。静脉韧带裂为一较深的裂,容有静脉韧带和小网膜起始部。腔静脉沟可分3型,其中腔静脉管占6%。肝门右切迹出现率为82%,深面为肝右后叶下段鞘系。肝下缘有1～4个切迹。尾状叶弓状切迹和腔静脉后突分别在55例和69例肝上见有。
The sulci,fissures,incisures and processes on the surface of 100 adult livers were investigated.Accessory fissure of the liver appeared on 21 livers.The pons hepatis bridged over the fissure for the ligamentum teres
of 26 livers.The fissure for ligamentum venosum has the upper part of the lesser omentum attached in its depths where the ligamentum venosum lies.Sul-cus for vena cava can be divided into 3 types,6% among them is canal for vena cava.The right incisure of the porta hepatis was noted on 82 livers,in their depths the inferior pedicle of right posterior hepatic lobe courses.There were 1-4 incisures on the inferior margin of the liver.The arch incisure and retrocaval process of the caudate lobe separately appeared on 55 and 69 livers.
