手部腱鞘血管瘤的诊治

Diagnosis and treatment of hemangioma of tendon sheaths in hands

目的 探讨手部腱鞘血管瘤的诊治方法。方法 分析 15例患者的临床资料。结果 15例均行手术切除 ,随访平均 3年 2个月 ,未见复发 ,手部功能正常。结论 手部腱鞘血管瘤是腱鞘滑膜组织的一种少见的良性肿瘤 ,该病的主要临床特征是局限性疼痛和压痛 ,可以根据其临床特征和MRI检查作出诊断 。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of hemangioma of tendon sheath in hands. Methods The data of 15 cases were analysed. Results 15 cases of the patients were treated by mass resection. All of the cases were followed up for an average of 3 years and 2 months.No recurrence was found and the function of the hands was good. Conclusion The hemangioma of the tendon sheath in hands is a kind of rare benign tumor which usually occurs in tendon sheath synovial tissue. The main clinical features are local pain and localized tenderness mass and resection is the most effective treatment.
