小血管移植在断指再植中的应用

Small vascular transplantation in finger replantation

目的 探讨小血管移植在断指再植中的应用。方法 再植 4 7例 5 2指 ,移植修复动脉 5 2条、静脉 11条 ,其中包括静脉皮瓣修复静脉及皮肤缺损 2块 ,静脉皮瓣修复动脉及皮肤缺损 1块。结果 5 2指再植成活 38指。 1例 2指再植失败 ,1例 3指中 1指再植失败 ,成活率 73 1%。结论 小血管移植对于血管缺损状态下的断指再植系唯一选择。

Objective To investigate the application of small vascular transplantation in finger replantation. Methods 52 fingers in 47 cases were replanted, of which 52 arteries and 11 veins were repaired by vascular transplantation, including 2 venous and cutaneous defect and 1 arterial and cutaneous defect repaired with venous flaps. Results 38 fingers in 47 cases survived. 1 case of 2 fingers replantation failed and 1 finger failed in l case of 3 fingers replantation. The survival rate was 73 1%. Conclusion Transplantation of small vascular is the only choice for finger replantation with vascular defect.
