黄须菜籽油抗动脉粥样硬化和抗衰老作用的实验研究——Ⅲ.黄须菜籽油营养成份分析

摘要 测定了黄须菜籽粒的主要成份,粗蛋白含量为21.80%,粗脂肪为21.94%。黄须菜籽油含不饱和脂肪酸90.56%,其中亚油酸为74.06%;VitE含量为56~281mg/100g,硒含量为0.0342μg/g。油粕的粗蛋白为23.67%,必需氨基酸占粗蛋白的40.6%,是各种饼粕中含量最高的,微量元素含量与优质饼粕相近。 Serum LPO and activity of SOD and GSH-PX in erythrocyte were determined respectively after the rabbits were fed with different dosage of Huangxuci oil and porcine oil for 8 weeks.The results indicated that under the condition that the rabbit food contains the same amount of calory and cholestrol,Huangxucai oil can decrease the level of serum LPO in rabbit significantly,and increase activity of SOD and GSH-PX in erythrocyte.But the effect of Ch and porcine oil on LPO,SOD and GSH-PX was opposite to that of Huangxucai oil. Thus Huanxucai oil may delay the process of aging and repress the development of aged deseases.
