一种含醋酸洗必泰消毒剂杀灭微生物效果与毒性的试验研究

Expermental study on germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a disinfectant containing acetate chlorhexidine

〔目的〕喷腋清是一种含醋酸洗必泰、乌洛托品等的复方消毒剂 ,pH值 8.14。本文对其杀灭微生物效果与毒理学进行了研究。〔结果〕含醋酸洗必泰 60 0mg/L的喷腋清溶液对布片上的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌作用 2 0min ,杀灭率均大于 99.90 %。该液体 5 4℃放置 14d ,醋酸洗必泰含量下降率 5 .4%。对雌、雄小鼠经口LD50 >5 0 0 0mg/kg ,蓄积系数K >5 ,对家兔最高皮肤刺激反应积分均值为 0 .2 5 ,小鼠骨髓微核试验阴性 ,小鼠精子畸形试验阴性。

objective〕Pen-Ye-Qing is a compound disinfectant containing Acetate Chlorhexidine, Hexamethylene Tetramine ect.The PH of its stock solution is 8.14.In order to know its germicidal efficacy and toxicity, carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were carried out.〔Result〕The killing rate of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans on cloth strips exposed to the compound disinfectant containing Acetate Chlorhexidine 600mg/L for 20 min was>99.90%. After storing in 54℃ incubator for 14 days, Acetate Chlorhexidine content decreased by 5.4%. Its oral LD 50>5000mg/kg in female and male mice. Its cumμlative coefficient K>5 and rabbit skin irritative reaction average score was 0.25. The micronucleus test and sperm malformation test was negative.
