H_2株冻干甲肝减毒活疫苗接种后血中T淋巴细胞亚群的变化

Changes of blood T lymphocyte subsets induced by freeze-dried live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine (H 2-strain)

〔目的〕对接种H2 株冻干甲肝减毒活疫苗后机体血中T淋巴细胞亚群的变化进行动态观察。〔方法〕按一针接种程序 ,给每人接种 1瓶冻干甲肝减毒活疫苗 (H2 株 ) ,接种前及接种后 1、2、3、4、6、8周、3个月采取静脉血 ,用流式细胞仪检测全血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3 + 、CD4+ 、CD8+ 细胞的含量 ,并比较CD4+ /CD8+ 比值的变化。〔结果〕CD3 + 细胞在接种后 1-3周、CD4+ 细胞在接种后 1-2周呈现明显升高 ,分别与接种前作自身对照比较的t检验 ,差别有显著性意义(P <0 .0 5 )。〔结论〕H2 株冻干甲肝减毒活疫苗有良好的T细胞刺激能力。

〔objective〕 To observe the kinetic changes of blood T lymphocyte subsets induced by the freeze-dried live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine (H 2-strain).〔Methods〕 Each subject received 1 dose freeze-dried live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine(H 2-stain). Heparinized blood samples were obtained before vaccination and 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 weeks, 3 months after vaccination. Using Flowcytometer (FCM) to detect CD3 +, CD4 + and CD8 + T lymphocyte subsets.〔Results〕In all subjects, the proportion of CD3 + T cells increased obviously (P<0.05) 1 to 3 weeks post vaccination, CD4 +T cells increased obviously (P<0.05) 1 to 2 weeks post vaccination. 〔Conclusion〕 Freeze-dried live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine (H 2-strain) has good capacity to stimulate T lymphocyte.
