摘要
〔目的〕研究连续消毒中大肠杆菌O157:H7对洗必泰和季铵盐抵抗力的变化以及抵抗力与质粒的关系。〔方法〕洗必泰和季铵盐连续消毒 6株大肠杆菌O157:H75 0代 ,对比消毒前后试验菌对消毒剂的抵抗力 ,消除原始菌和连续消毒后试验菌的质粒。〔结果〕结果表明 ,连续消毒 5 0代后 ,试验菌对季铵盐的抵抗力增加 ;对洗必泰的抵抗力不变。消除原始菌的小质粒后 ,细菌对两种消毒剂的抵抗力不变 ;消除原始菌的所有质粒后 ,试验菌对洗必泰的抵抗力不变 ,对季铵盐的抵抗力降低 ;消除连续消毒后试验菌的质粒后 ,试验菌 ( 5 0代连续消毒后 )季铵盐的抵抗力降低 ,对洗必泰的抵抗力不变。〔结论〕试验结果提示 ,连续消毒会使试验菌对季铵盐的抵抗力增加 ,对季铵盐抵抗力增加的原因可能与质粒pO157相关。而细菌对洗必泰的抵抗力则与试验菌的质粒无关。
〔objective〕In order to study the change EcoliO 157:H 7 resistance to chlorhexidiniacetas and quaternary ammonium in continuous disinfection and relationship between the resistance and its plasmid.〔Methods〕Use chlorhexidiniacetas and quaternary ammonium to disinfect 6 E.coliO 157:H 7 50 generations continuously. then compare resistibility after and before disinfection; eliminate the bacteria's plasmid after and before 50 generation continuous disinfection.〔Results〕After 50 generation continuous disinfection, the bacteria resistance to quaternary ammonium has improved, resistance to chlorhexidiniacetas hasn't any change; EcoliO 157:H 7 resistance to chlorhexidiniacetas and quaternary ammonium hasn't any change after eliminate small plasmid . After eliminate all plasmid ,EcoliO 157:H 7 resistance to chlorhexidiniacetas hasn't any change, resistance to quaternary ammonium has decreased. After eliminate all plasmid ,EcoliO 157:H 7(after continuous disinfection) resistance to chlorhexidiniacetas hasn't any change, resistance to quaternary ammonium has decreased.〔Conclusin〕Results indicate that the bacteria resistance to quaternary ammonium will improve after 50 generation continuous disinfection, the reason of resistance improvement may have any relationship with pO 157. There are no any relationships between EcoliO 157:H 7 resistance to chlorhexidiniacetas and their plasmid.
