摘要 〔目的〕检测PC制桶装饮用水中双酚A的溶出情况 ,建立双酚A检测方法。〔方法〕桶装水用二氯甲烷萃取后 ,脱水、浓缩后用衍生剂BSTFA进行三甲基硅烷化 ,然后用GC/MS法测定。〔结果〕其线形范围为 0 .1~ 1.5mg/L ,检出限为 0 .2 μg/L。〔结论〕用该法检测双酚A ,前处理简单 ,分析速度快 ,灵敏度高。 Bisphenol A migration from PC barrel to water was quantified. As analytical method using GC/MS was developed for bisphenol A (BPA) in water and BPA was determined in brreled drinking water. BPA was extracted with dichloroacetamide from the water and the extract was concentrated and derivatized with N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)trifiuoroacetamide. The determined samples were determined by GC/MS. Bisphenol A was detected from all samples. The migration levels of Bisphenol A from 112~600ng/l. The detection limit was 0.2μg/L. So the water which putting PC barrel was contaminated with bisphenol A at ppb level.
