锡类散对小儿迁延性腹泻及血清GAS、PGE_2的影响

Effects of Qilei powder on chronic diarrhea and serum levels of GAS and PGE2 in children

〔目的〕锡类散是中国清朝传统专治咽喉糜烂肿痛的药物。为拓宽锡类散适用范围 ,近年 ,我们应用锡类散夜晚口服治疗小儿迁延性腹泻 2 0 0多例 ,治愈率达 96% ,疗效显著。〔方法〕本课题选择门诊及住院患儿 89例 ,随机分为治疗组 (锡类散 ) ,对照组 (常规西药 )两个组。采取治疗前后空腹血清胃泌素、前列腺素E2 检测 ,及临床治疗效果进行比较分析。〔结果〕治疗组恢复期GAS含量迅速下降 ,低于对照组。PGE2 含量迅速上升 ,高于对照组。临床效果 :治疗组平均痊愈时间为 8.6d ,治愈率为 96%。对照组平均痊愈时间为 15d ,治愈率为 81%。〔结论〕锡类散治疗小儿迁延性腹泻具有显效快、疗程短、治愈率高 ,不易产生耐药性 ,服用简单等优点。

〔objective〕 In order to increase Qiici Powder indications. Qilei Powdrr traditionally was used to treat sore throat in Qi Dynasty.RecentlyWe have used Qilei Powder to treat chronic diarrhea 200 cases through PO at night. The curing rate is high up to 96%, The treatment effects were significant. 〔Methods〕 We chose 89 cases and divided them into the treatment group(to bc treated with Qilei Powder) and the contrast group(with ordinary western medicine). We observed fast food serous GAS and PGE2 before ,and after trcatmcnt and analyzed thc results.〔Resuits〕 The trcatmcnt group serous GAS decreased morc rapidly than the contrast onc. On the other hand, the .serous PGE2. in treatment group increased higher. The study showed significantly difference. The average curing time of the treatment group was 8.6 days. While the contrast group curing time was up to 15 days. The curing rate in treatment group was 96%, and the eontrast group was 81%. 〔Conclusions〕 Qilei Powder has merits of short treatment, high curing rate, less anti-resistant drugs ami simple use method in children chronic diarrhea.
