本文结合目前数字区域地理空间基础框架建设的实际 ,对于如何盘活地理信息资源、整合地理信息资源和建立多元化的投资渠道以及所面对的相应的关键政策措施和关键技术 ,提出新的观点和建议 ,对于加快地理空间基础框架建设 。

This paper puts forward new views and proposal combining with practice of framework construction of geography spatial basis of actual digital district, according to activating geography information resources, incorporating geography information resources, building multi-unit investment channels and to relatively key measures and key technology. The views and proposal have certain directive meaning toward accelerating framework construction of geography spatial foundation.
