摘要 目的 研究新生儿缺氧缺血血性脑病 (HIE)患儿血白细胞介素 10 (IL 10 )水平变化 ,探讨IL 10水平与HIE之间的关系。方法 采用ELISA法测定新生儿血清IL 10水平 ,HIE组 2 0例和对照组 2 0例。标本取自本院 ,分 3组 ,HIE治疗前组、治疗后组和对照组。结果 HIE治疗前组IL 10水平中位数为 3 16pg/ml;明显高于对照组的 15 3pg ml和治疗后组的 12 3 5 9g ml;对照和治疗后组间差异无显著性。结论 新生儿HIE血清IL 10水平变化与HIE有关 ,IL 10在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的发病机理中起重要作用。 Objective To study the change of serum interleukin-10 (IL-10) level in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and explore the relationship between IL-10 and HIE. Methods Serum IL-10 was measured in 20 neonates with HIE before and after treatment as case group and in 20 neonates without HIE as control group respectively by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Serum IL-10 level in the case group before treatment was highest, and there was no significant difference between the case group after treatment and control group. Conclusions The change of serum IL-10 level in neonatal HIE is related with the progress of HIE. IL-10 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of neonatal HIE.
