摘要
选用10种新结构的呋喃甲醛缩氨基硫脲衍生物及其9种过渡金属配合物对8种细菌进行抑菌活性实验。结果表明,呋喃5位为硝基取代的化合物比相应的母体抑菌活性明显增强。配体与Cu(Ⅱ)的配合物抗菌谱较广。
Ten new thiosemicarbazone derivatives and nine of their tran-sition metal coordination compounds have been tested for bacteriostatic acti-vity against eight kinds of bacteria.The results showed that the activity of the 5-NO substituted furfural thiosemicarbazones is much higher than that of the unsubstituted respectively and the coordination compounds of Cu(Ⅱ)are of the widest antibacterial spectra among the coordination compounds studied.
