Inhibition of Human Breast Cancer Cell Line Bcap-37 Growth and Proliferation by Baicalin and Asparagus Extracted from Antiyou in vitro

目的 :探讨安体优主要成分体外抑制Bcap 37细胞生长的作用。方法 :体外细胞培养、MTT法测定不同浓度黄芩甙、天门冬多糖对Bcap 37细胞生长曲线的影响。结果 1 :黄芩甙能明显抑制人乳腺髓样癌细胞株Bcap 37的生长 ,呈现明显的剂量、时间依赖效应 ;2 :天门冬多糖具有促进乳腺髓样癌细胞株Bcap 37生长的趋势。结论 :安体优主要成分体外抑制人乳腺髓样癌细胞Bcap

Objective:To study the effect of baicalin and asperagus in Inbibition of human breast cancer cell line Bcap 37 growth and proliferation vitro Method:IC 50 and growth curve of human breast cancer cell Bcap 37 were measured by microculture trtazolium(MTT)assay Result:These findings indicate that baicalin can inhibit tumor cell growth and proliferation,however,asparagus displays a tendency of recovering human breast cancer cell Bcap 37 growth in vitro Conclusion:Baicalin and asparagus extracted form ANTIYOU has a dose dependent and time dependent inhibition of human breast cancer cell Bcap 37 growth in vitro
