妇癌术后阴道引流的观察及意义

Observation and significance of vaginal drainage in postoperative patients of gynecologic cancer

目的探讨阴道引流对妇癌术后盆、腹腔异常情况的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析 16 9例妇癌根治术后阴道引流情况。结果术后严重出血 2例 (出血 >5 0 0ml/2 4h) ,尿漏 3例 ,肠坏死并肠漏 1例 ,形成淋巴囊肿 18例 (12 .3% ) ,其中第 3个 2 4小时引流总量 <30ml、30～ 5 0ml、>5 0ml时拔管患者中 ,形成淋巴囊肿分别为 6例 (7.0 % )、5例 (16 .7% )、7例 (2 3.3% ) ,经 χ2 检验 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论阴道引流的安放能及时发现盆、腹腔异常情况 ,是早期预防和发现术后并发症的有效途径。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the vaginal drainage to the abnormal conditions of the pelvic and abdominal cavity in the postoperative patients of gynecologic cancer. Methods 169 cases of vaginal drainage were retrospectively reviewed.Results Postoperatively, severe bleeding occurred in 2 cases(bleeding volume>500ml/24h), leakage of urine in 3 cases, intestinal necrosis and leakage in 1 case. Lymphatic cyst formed in 18 cases (12.3%) , of whom 6(7.0%), 5(16.7%) and 7(23.3%) cases developed lymphatic cyst when the drainage volumes were <30 ml , 30～50ml, or >50 ml at the third 24 h, respectively. There was significant difference according to χ 2 test. (P<0.05) . Conclusion The vaginal drainage contributes to the early preventing and discovering of the complications of the pelvic and abdominal cavity after operation.
