超声对输卵管妊娠保守治疗的观察与分析

Ultrasonography Observation of Fallopian Tube Pregnancy Treated by Conservative Treatment

目的:探讨超声及阴道超声(TVS)对输卵管妊娠保守治疗过程中的必要性。方法:对输卵管妊娠患者分别于服药前后连续动态观察异位妊娠组织及包块的形成、发展与转归。结果:本文48例,输卵管妊娠予米非司酮配中药保守治疗,6～8周内异位妊娠包块消失,显效37例(77.08％);有效7例(14.58％);无效4例(8.34％)。结论:超声特别是TVS可对异位妊娠提早做出准确诊断,协助临床随时掌握病情变化,指导临床及时采取有效治疗措施有重要意义。

Objective and Methods Dynamic observing evolutions and outcomes of the fallopian tube (FT)ectopic pregnancy embryo with ultrasound and trans vaginal sonography (TVS) before and after conservative treatment for 48 cases. Results 37 embryo masses disappeared 6~8 weeks,7 effectiveness,4 failed. Conclusion Ultrasound and TVS are effective in detecting FT ectopic pregnancy. Mifepristone and Chinese traditional medicine is fairly useful for its conservative treatment.
