二维超声普查对早期发现老年人消化道肿瘤的应用研究

Applicaton and Reseach in the Old for Early Gastrointastinal Cancer by Two-dimensional Ultrasound

目的:通过对老年人的消化道进行超声普查,评估二维超声在早期发现消化道恶性肿瘤方面的应用价值。方法:对年龄在63～92岁的老年人1456例健康查体中,进行消化道超声检查。结果:共检出消化道肿瘤15例,与临床符合13例,诊断符合率为76.67％,漏诊3例。结论:超声普查简便、无创、准确率较高,是早期检出消化道恶性肿瘤的有效方法之一。

Objective To evaluate the importance of clinical screening by two-dimensional ultrasound for the gastrointestinal cancer at an early and curable stage. Methods There were 1 456 old people aged from 63 to 92 years old. The clinical screening by two-dimensional ultrasound was performed according to the protocol. Results Fifteen were found to be the gastrointestinal cancer by two dimensional ultrasound and thirteen were correct, with correctable rate being 76. 67 %. Three cases were missed. Conclusion The clinical screening by two-dimensonal ultrasound for persons over 60 years is easy to operate and atraumatic and high correctable rate. It is one of the effective methods for the diagnosis of the gastrointestinal cancer.
