妊娠期间子宫内免疫细胞的分布及其功能 被引量:2

摘要 在雌性生殖过程中 ,子宫内的免疫细胞在受精、着床、妊娠等过程中起着非常关键的作用。本文主要总结妊娠期间免疫细胞在子宫中的分布规律 ,并且阐述了子宫免疫细胞在妊娠期间所起的作用。各期的子宫中主要存在T细胞、自然杀伤细胞 (NK细胞 )、大颗粒淋巴细胞 (NK样细胞 )。
