This paper introduces an inflatable penile prosthesis.lt has two innovations : (1) in the design of the imbibing valve, pump imbibing chamber is added and only one steel ball is placed in it. The spring that is necessary in other designs is removed, so the reliability of the valve has been increased more than one times. (2)ln the cylinder's design there are three layers among which the middle layer is made of medical textile fabric and thus it could endure greater stress and avoid the out-of-order expansion of the rubber.
