The Effectiv Control of Cross Infection in Hospitals Caused by Ventilators

生命支持系统-呼吸机应用前必须强调对重复性使用的部件进行卫生消毒灭菌,对一次性使用的细菌病毒过滤器,病人 通气管路等按特殊卫生环保条例进行处理,避免交叉感染。诸如SARS疫区,医院控制感染中心应配合临床医学工程师 及医护人员以科学的态度切实做好对呼吸机的清洁、卫生、维护保养工作。

It's necessary to emphasize that the frequently-used components of the life support system-ventilator should be disinfected and sterilized before use. For those disposable microbe filters and the ventilative tubes, it is suggested that they should be processed according to the rules for specific environmental sanitation in order to avoid cross infection. The hospital infection control center should cooperate with clinic medical engineers, doctors and nurses in cleaning and maintaining ventilators with a scientific attitude in epidemic disease areas, e.g. SARS area.
