P波离散度对阵发性心房颤动的预测价值

摘要 阵发性心房颤动(PAF)的频繁发作使心房肌的不应期逐渐缩短,使房颤更加容易持续,不仅可以演变成持续性心房颤动,影响心功能,而且导致血栓栓塞的危险性较大.
